| For people with a good start level of fitness this program will be challenging & rewarding. |
| Level 3 |
| If you already have an advanced level of fitness this class will push you to your limit. |
| Master Class |
| once you’ve completed level 3 you’ll be able to join the ultimate class in our program. Here you’ll be pushed beyond your limit and then some! |
| Elite Corporate |
| designed for companies looking to invest in their staff fitness levels. This program will also assist in improving productivity and cooperation among staff due to its team nature. |

Introducing Lisa Riddall
Lisa has been working with 1:1 clients for over 3 years working predominately within the clients own home and also through group exercise sessions. Her experience has been gained through a love of Triathlon and a general interest in keeping fit and healthy. Her passion for the sport was enhanced by training as part of a team and this now forms the foundation of T3.

Lisa is fully qualified to REPS level 3, in all areas of Personal Fitness Training, including Nutrition and Weight Management, Gym Instruction, Pilates, Yoga and Circuit Training. She has also completed British Triathlon Level 1 Coaching and enjoys writing training programmes for clients around the 3 triathlon disciplines. |
In addition to physical training, Lisa understood the need for changing the mindset of her clients. As a result she studied and completed Diploma and Masters Certificates in Hypnotherapy. This allows her to make positive changes to her client’s lives both effortlessly and easily. Weight Loss, Anger Management, Fear of Spiders/Flying, Improved Confidence and Motivation are just some of the areas that Lisa has helped clients with during her professional career.
